Co-Founder

In 2006, Esther joined a network marketing company and in only three years, was promoted to National Consultant, the highest level in the company. Her passionate work ethic and distinguished sales strategies helped her earn numerous accolades including Top 10 money earner ten years in a row and Millionaire Club member 7 years in a row.  Esther was personally selected by the CEO of the company to be awarded the Leadership Award for her invaluable combination of leadership, integrity, teamwork and character.

In 2008, Esther concentrated her passion of developing others personally and professionally by founding a network called Ambitious Women. Since then, she and a group of like-minded women have hosted nine annual Ambitious Women Conferences focused on building and developing the businesses and lives of women in the network marketing community.

Jayne Rios
Co-Founder

Jayne Rios has 25 years experience in TV and marketing.  She is CEO & co-Founder of Women’s Broadcast Television Network (womenontv.tv) and co-Founder of Direct Sales TV, as well as an international best-selling author of Monetize Your Message and Spirit Fed Entrepreneur.

She began her career as a TV Producer for CBS in Dallas  and 12 years ago she started her first company, KungFuzos Video Marketing. Years ahead of the hot new video trend that is sweeping the marketplace, Jayne proved herself a visionary entrepreneur and leader.

Cheryl Lenamon is the founder of Bright Idea Content and has over 30 years-experience writing and kicking creative booty. Prior to transitioning from print advertising to digital marketing, Cheryl owned and managed an Ad Agency for 20 years where she won numerous national awards as creative director and content creator. Karen Liz Albert, a Social Media consultant, speaker, author and seminar leader, is the President of Behind Your Curtain.  Karen has over 20 years experience in marketing, consulting and professional training and has successfully used her Social Media expertise to launch targeted Social Media marketing campaigns for business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them achieve tangible marketing results by strategically promoting brand awareness and increasing customers.

Karen has also developed educational, hands-on workshops for business owners and her signature presentation Social Media Is For Small Biz is targeted specifically towards educating business owners and entrepreneurs on the value of Social Media and Internet Marketing for their business and their individual brand. 

Karen donates her time to local church and non-profit organizations that serve the homeless and is an Online Mentor for Focus On The Family.  She also enjoys singing in her local Denver band.

John Rios Sr.
Video Guru

John Rios Sr. has been in television production for more than 30 years.  He retired from ABC in Dallas to pursue his own video production company, KungFuzos Video and partnered with Direct Sales TV in 2017.

His expertise includes:  pre and post production, scripting, editing, videotaping, lighting, directing and producing.  He has two young sons and lives on Cedar Creek Lake where he enjoys boating, coaching baseball and golfing.

Tammy Valles has over 25 years’ experience working with retail and direct sales with family owned and operated businesses. She has great expertise in effective and unique marketing, event coordinating, communications, financials, human resources, sales, organization, and support.

Tammy studied at FIDM SD and Grossmont College in San Diego. Tammy was born and raised in San Diego and now resides in Fort Worth with her husband, Dan and their three children, Bradon, Victoria, and Tyler. She enjoys travel, reading, community outreach with her local church, and crafting in her leisure time.
